The design invesigates shape as the basis of creating a living spcae for a ‘Geometer ‘ and his workspace and dwelling. The base shape is a Hexagon.An open central courtyard brings light and nature into the dwelling while maximizing heating of the structure during winter. The cabin is also raised to minimize effect to the ecology of the site.Most of the structure is closed for a more private , introspective touch.
